FOR THE SCRIPTS/STORYBOARDS:

- The script/storyboard document must not exceed the space available in the application form (2.5 A4 pages);

- Written in English or Vietnamese;

- Inspired by the subject of gender equality, reshaping gender norms, deconstructing gender stereotypes in such aspects as leadership potential, career choices, education, aspirations, bodily integrity and safety, family and social relationships…;

- Must not include any act of humiliation and/or attack on any person or organization. No acts of plagiarism and copyrights violation are allowed;

The eligible scripts/storyboards will be evaluated by the review board focusing on three points (1) ability to provoke viewers to reflect on gender norms in different aspects of Vietnamese society; (2) creativity, and (3) ability to produce the film in the given time period.

FOR THE FILMS:

- Developed based on the selected scripts/storyboards;

- The films are in short form of less than 07 minutes excluding introduction and ending credit; and in the format of MP4, MOV, AVI, MPG with the visual quality of HD720p or HD1080p, 25fps;

- In Vietnamese with English subtitle or vice versa;

- Must not include any act of humiliation and/or attack on any person or organization. No acts of plagiarism and copyrights violation are allowed;

- All components of the films, including, but not limited to, pictures, sounds, actors and actresses are ensured so that the films can be published online and offline;

- The submitted films are within the UNDP’s copyrights.

The eligible films will be evaluated by the review board focusing on three points (1) ability to provoke viewers to reflect on gender norms in different aspects of Vietnamese society;  (2) technical quality; (3) creativity; and (4) ability to be promoted widely in various mass media channels. The film evaluation will be conducted with high transparent and just manner.
