The competition consists of two rounds:

FIRST ROUND: SCRIPT/STORYBOARD SUBMISSION AND SELECTION

- Filling in a form (.doc) to include contact information, and the script/storyboard and submit to howabnormal@gmail.com by midnight on January 01, 2016. Applications can also be sent by-post or in person to the UNDP-MOFA Women’s Leadership Project at Room 201D, 30 Nguyen Du, Ha Noi before 17:00, December 31, 2015. No late submission will be accepted and bill of by-post transfer cannot be a proof in case of late application. Each team/individual can only submit one script/storyboard;

- Out of all submitted scripts, the review board will select up to 10 most qualified scripts of teams/individuals for financial support. Each financial support package is worth up to 10,000,000 VND at maximum. The financial support will be given in cash at the briefing on January 11, 2016 or transferred to the team leaders/individuals’ bank account. After the briefing, contestants will do the pre-production, post-production and submit the final products.

SECOND ROUND: FILM SUBMISSION AND AWARD CEREMONY

- After the briefing, contestants are given 14 days to produce the film based on the selected script/storyboard. The films must be submitted to howabnormal@gmail.com before midnight, January 24, 2016. Films can also be submitted by-post or in person to UNDP-MOFA Women’s Leadership Project at Room R201D, 30 Nguyen Du, Ha Noi before 17:00, January 22, 2016. No late submission is accepted and bill of by-post transfer cannot be a proof in case of late application.

- To submit films:

+ Via email: upload films to www.mediafire.com, drive.google.com, fshare.vn or other downloadable platforms and send the link to your film to  howabnormal@gmail.com. Please keep in mind that the link must stay alive till January 29, 2016.

+ Via post: send DVD/USB to Room R201D, 30 Nguyen Du, Ha Noi with outside tag as “Film product for the competition #HowAbnormal”.
