In the framework of the project “Strengthening capacity of women leaders serving international integration” between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), the Project Management Unit will organize a workshop to announce research results for research fellows in the research assistance activity themed “Seeking talented Vietnamese researchers”. Research works focus on such issues as gender prejudice and solutions to improve the quality of women images in Vietnamese media; leadership role of women in the State management on natural resources and sea environment; improvement of leadership capacity of women leaders in the Supreme People's Procuracy; gender equality in the management and leadership of transport sector; some solutions to strengthen women’s participation in positions of managers, leaders, etc.
